Elementary Division Theory - Contest Years 2022-23 (1 Year)

The American Computer Science League (ACSL) Elementary Division is a non-programming competition for students in grades 3–6. Each contest consists of five multiple-choice questions on a single computer science topic, such as graph theory or Boolean algebra, and takes 30 minutes to complete.

Each contest consists of an online 30-minute, 5-question non-programming test, focused on a single category of content. A different category will be tested on each contest.

There are 4 contests given at the local level throughout the school year. Each contest focuses on a different computer science topic.

The topics covered are Computer Number Systems, Prefix / Infix / Postfix Notation, Boolean Algebra, and Graph Theory.
